New Horizon School Pasadena had a special talk on children’s nutrition and healthy easy meals! As a parent, it can be challenging to ensure that your child is getting the nutrients they need to grow and thrive. This talk will provide practical tips and ideas for incorporating more nutritious foods into your child’s diet, as well as simple and fun recipes that the whole family can enjoy eating and making together, no matter how busy your schedule.

We are pleased to announce that Dr. William Lacey from The Center for Connection joined us to discuss emotional regulation and neuropsychological development of children and adolescents.

You can read more about Dr. Lacey in the references.

Our topic was “Responsive Classroom”. Mrs.Alsarraf and Mrs.Seedat gave a comprehensive presentation on the strategies the school uses on a daily to interact with the students. We had an Interactive Structures activity the parents participated in and came up with amazing ideas for Our School Picnic.
